How to change printing font

Hello,

Trying to change font defaults for user, the font dialog and "change default" function doesn't work, all of her picking tickets are printing using an italic font. Help!

ES or Progression? Version of ES/Progression? Printing immediate pick tickets or printing as a separate process?

whoops - Progression 7.6.400b, printing picking tickets as a separate function, not immediate pick tickets

When the print options screen comes up, click on the font dialog checkbox. Does the font dialog box not show up? It should, and it should give you the option to pick from several fonts. If you do this, are you still getting the italic font regardless?

Note: there is no need to click on change defaults unless you want to change the actual printer this is going to.

The font dialog box does work, and we can change the font there, but we are wondering why it is defaulting to an italic font. We have 10 users, and no one else has this issue. Not a huge problem, but an aggravation for this particular user...
