how to change outbound ANI

I'd like to find out how to change the outgoing caller ID number sent from each station. Currently anyone calling from our PRI get our main billing number so anyone returning calls just call back to the main switchboard. I'd like this to either:
1) show the actuall DID of the caller or
2) break it up to the deparments to narrow down the source of the caller


in LD 21 i found our mail billing number:

Just need some guidance on where to start. In other systems i've worked on, there was a CLID field i could set for each station that didn't want the main billing number displayed.

Range 1 and up all seam to only show INTL and nothing else.

The best I can read into this is that DIDN is set to yes so the DID should be used when dialing out.. but no such luck.

did provide some more information. I learned that the KEY assignment was where the CLID was being chosen but all of my phones are set for 0 and the CLID 0 does use DIDN=YES
