How to change mail password 1

I know how to reset the password but need to set it as something else besides 1020000 due to a user who has "learned" how to access the programming.

Let me get this one straight ,you want to reset the password to a different number,or you want to change the default password.If you want to change the password ,you can log in F981 then enter 1020000,then it will prompt you to change password.

I need to change the system password to something other than 1020000.

Then like I mentioned ,log in under F981,enter 1020000,then it will prompt to change the PSWD ,enter new 4 digits pswd,then your PSWD will be 102(4 digits)you choosed.
