How to change key command for hiding all of the palettes to "Tab"?

I want to allocate the "Tab" button as my key command for hiding all palettes in FH9 (as this is the command I use in Illustrator).

But FH doesn't seem to let me use this particular key for a key command.

Any ideas on how to get around this?
