How to change alternating row color of a Document Library 1

Hello a bit new to MOSS 2007 and trying to figure out how to change the default alternating color of rows in a document library or list.

When I go to "Modify This View" all I see under the "Style" Menu is:

Basic Table
Document Details
Newsletter
Newsletter, no lines
Shaded ( Which I chose )
Preview Pane
Default

Would someone please be so kind to show me how I may change the alternating color of the rows?

It'll be a style located in one of the Stylesheets.

The stylesheet is located in the _themes folder
