i try to change model of a phone ( meridian opcion 11c ), from m3901 to m3902. then i delete dn of the phone m3901 with ld20, later i tried with ld20 add a new phone with the new phone model, but something goes wrong, and the new phone do not work propertly. can anyone help me ?

You will need to completely remove the TN then enter it as a new TN with the model you actually want. You can't change the model with a CHG prompt. Need to OUT then NEW.

You need to OUT the 3901 and then do a NEW on the 3902

Thanks a lot :)

The best way to learn is just hit enter at every prompt that allows you to pass it by, then the ones you get stuck on, look in these books:
When you are done, print the phone out and compare it to another one.

Go back and CHG what you feel needs changing.
