Hi! I'm creating a legal document, and I want to be able to replace a person's name through out the document. In other words, every time the word NAME appears, I want to be able to replace it. Is that possible?

Thank you in advance!

Hi,

Edit > Find & Replace.

Skip,
[sub]
[glasses] When a group touring the Crest Toothpaste factory got caught in a large cooler, headlines read...
Tooth Company Freeze a Crowd! and
Many are Cold, but Few are Frozen![tongue][/sub]

Look at the help for the "ref field". That might do what you want.

What happens if the word NAME needs to appear in its own right? I thing I would be tempted to use a different (and not real) word to replace.

The question should be [red]Is it worth trying to do?[/red] not [blue] Can it be done?[/blue]
