How to capture mail?

Hello,

I'm a network guy that just inherited the local Exchange server. We have a guy that we need to be able to monitor his mail. He is not using the standard MAPI client though. He uses POP3 and SMTP to get his mail therefore he has no mail on the server. What can I do to force the server to keep a copy of his mail or at least have every email sent to and from him forwared onto me for review. Any help is appreciated.

Dear :
U should use the features which under each information store to forward each mail to entire parties. Go to the system manager, select database then right click-> properties->click the archive all message send or receive..... then will be fine. Please try.

You may want to enable BCC Journaling like I did on my Exchange 2k server but editing the registry. You can see the BCC field in full-version Outlook.
