Hi guys, glad to come back again.

I have Avaya CM52 and Veremark CAS, now the CDR is able to capture the ANI (10-digit caller number) and the extension (7-digit agent login id) for the inbound calls, however, I am wondering if it is possible to have CDR to get additional DNIS (10-digit) too, which is usually the DID number dialed by the caller. By doing this, we can measure the performance of the DID's on the PRI.

Here is output of the "disp sys cdr"
Node Number (Local PBX ID): 1 CDR Date Format: month/day
Primary Output Format: unformatted Primary Output Endpoint: CDR1
Secondary Output Format:
Use ISDN Layouts? n Enable CDR Storage on Disk? y

Here is the output of "disp tru 1"
