I have Avaya CM52 and Veremark CAS, now the CDR is able to capture the ANI (10-digit caller number) and the extension (7-digit agent login id) for the inbound calls, however, I am wondering if it is possible to have CDR to get additional DNIS (10-digit) too, which is usually the DID number dialed by the caller. By doing this, we can measure the performance of the DID's on the PRI.
