How to cancel auto handsfree answering? 1

We have an NEC Univerge SV8100 phone system, and one of our users has some how set the phone to automatically answer and go to speakerphone. I cannot figure out how to cancel this. The phone is an NEC DT300 series.

These are the default feature access codes:

Spkr 721 = Voice
Spkr, 723 = Ring


To permanently disable:

Voice Call, Restrict 20-02-12
