how to build your own calendar in vb window forms?

is there any source for building a calendar like outlook calendar in vb.net, you can input a link or button in each date, and when you click it, it will open another window. any idea?

I've been thinking about putting together a heavy duty calander system for a while now. Originally I was thinking of using a datagrid or flex grid, but my latest idea deals with an array of panels.

No real source, just imagine something up, figure out how to do it, and go at it.

I tried used to create 42 textboxes controls in groupbox. and the thing is I only can create for one month calendar, when I change the month, it doesn't work because the textboxes can't create again, I tried to remove the textbox and recreate again, the remove sub doen't work..it has been taking me a week to try and try..and I still can't complete done it..I'm so pissed off now..

anyway, thanks a lot.

A more simple solution is to use the existing calander control, and then provide an area below that provides the options and data dealing with that day.

how can I modify the existing calander control? the first thing stoped me that when I want to increate the calander size, and it shows serval monthes in the one big size...

it helps when your lazzy. and it isn't perfect yet but they are working on it all the time, and it's already quit good for that price.

I bought 2 weeks ago so I still need to really implement it. but I will after the exam period.

I hear ya, even if it takes a few hours of tweeking... I could easily blow 40 hours working on a total calendar solution. 40*bling > $599 license.

is it only have one license? if your project is using for more than 10 machines, do you need to buy more license for it? license issue is the most important things to this project..

you need to buy one license per developer so it will only be 99$ at most if you don't want the sourceocde.

After that you can distibute your app as much you like.
