i want to block utorrent and bitcomet ports on cisco router. i search on google and i got default ports 6881 - 6999. i did blocked these ports but still the programs are working. i check the ports they are using ports like 4800....

please show me the procedure to block these softwares.

You would need a firewall or other internet filtering device that does deep packet inspection to recognize the torrent traffic and block it. Blocking based on ports will not work as the ports can be in any range. Another option is to only allow ports like port 80 and 443, so only http and https. This will kill all other internet based applications that are not websites though (in my example). But you could go through and manually allow valid applications.

My advice would be the firewall though or other internet filtering device.
