How to block telephone number in option 11c with PRI

Hi..I'm a newbie in handling option 11c, I just want to ask if it's possible to block a certain number in option 11c for incoming with ISDN PRI set-up? I really need you help..Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to a extension number on the Option 11c system or about blocking a received number from ringing into the Option 11c system?

For the extension number, go into programming and check the extensions CLS for UDI. Change it to RDI (I think?). This will stop the extension from receiving any DID or DDI calls via a PRI link.

If it's a Telephone number the only way is if you have Call Center

Don't even bother to block a number, because if you do, the caller will just block Caller ID - then you will not have records of when they called, and blocking Caller ID will defeat the Call Center blocking method.

Thanks Guys. Actually the main reason why we want to block the particular number because we noticed that the said the number is a PRANK CALLER..Imagine we are receiving 200 calls (average per day) for one telephone number only. If we cant block this, any advise guys how to prevent it???? I really appreciate your help.
