In Windows 2003 I can go to IPSec Filtering and choose to either allow specific ports or allow all ports. This seems like a really retarded setup, because how do you BLOCK specific ports?? I have a server running Sharepoint 2.0 and, if I only allow port 80 (the only port I know for sure that it uses), we can't log into the application from our own network. Changing it to allow all fixes this, but leaves me with the problem of blocking the ports that viruses love to visit. I can't find any information on how to block only specific ports in 2003. Is this even possible?

Hey!

I'm not sure if it's possible but in your case I would use a 3rd party firewall solution.
