How to block sites in XP 1

Anyway to block internet sites in XP without having to download other programs? I use IE and just wanted to block certain sites, nothing too elaborate.
 
Well you can use IE's (v6)Internet options, under the content tab - Enable Content Advisor then click on settings. On the Approved Sites, place the url of the site and click Never. Note that you will be required to enter and confirm a password when using this feature. Now whenever a surfer browses that listed site the browser will require a password so that the page can be loaded. If the user doesn't provide one then the browser stops loading the page and he gets a blank page.
