Dear All,

I’m new to Avaya I have Avaya Definity G3, I have create some three digits dial out (trunk-group, Out only) and Assign COR and PRI channels, with this three digits dial out code out staff can make call to any number outside office, I would like to know how can I stop some users, not to dial 00 means international number I try to make changes in COR which I have already assign to trunk-group but still they are able to dial international numbers. Any help or suggestion i avaya digitl and IP phones install of out office and each extn. have its own COR .

The normal way to do this is through ARS.

Assign a route pattern for your international calls (in US it is 011) and assign the trunk groups in the route pattern with a high FRL. Then the users COR's FRL can match or exceed if international calling is permitted, or be lower if it is not.

Sounds like you are giving them access to the TAC Trunk Access Code (but that doesn't work for PRI, so maybe I'm confused). Once you give them the TAC, they can go anywhere the trunk group provider allows.

Change users COR to all-toll,restricted call list yes
cha toll 011 put an X in RCL.
