How to block a specific number in ShoreTel

Can anyone tell me how to block a specific number in ShoreTel? A user is getting slammed by repeated calls of just music playing, all from the same Caller ID number. My ShoreTel Director is Build 19.48.5800.0

Personalized call handling. Programmable through the users communicator client and block calls on the user level. Other option would be Nuisances Call Handler, which is purchasable software and blocks calls system wide.
