how to backup user's voicemail,greeting and name

how to backup user's voicemail,greeting and name when I install VM pro on a new server. I backuped the original voicemail pro folder (which contains user's voicemail,greeting and name ect.). I installed VM pro on a new server and copied the backuped folders to the new one and overwrite them, but the original voicemail. greeting and names seams doesn't work.
anyone have ideas?

hmm strange ...
i'm istall many times VMPRO , and i'm only copy a folders :
"NAMES" - with names users , and "ACCOUNTS" with all mess , and some configs ( are in txt files) .
all work fine
