Okay, I found what I needed to do in the NRU. How do I backup voicemail to floppies?

Thanks again!

Nevermind, I figured it out.... Here are the instructions for anyone looking for them:

BACKING UP AND RESTORING VOICEMAIL PROGRAMMING
The voicemail system must be backed up periodically to insure that all setups are stored when your system crashes or the application module is replaced. The backup stores the following: system configurations, company greetings, mailbox programming, directory recordings, prompts, personal greetings. Backup however will not save or copy voice messages. You must also inform all users that the system will be offline while the system is backing up.
Any interruption or other key selecting by the system coordinator with terminate the backup. Before you start make you have several formatted 3.25 floppy disks, labeled 1,2,3.
To begin: Press 'feature' then 9,8,3
Enter the system coordinator or installer password, 1,2,0,0,0,0 then OK.
The 1,2 is the mailbox number and the four zeros are the password.
Enter 2,2 then cont.
Calls completing' will appear in the display when calls are still active, the system will disable all systems as they become available.

Insert a disk into the drive located in the system control module, this is usually the largest box.
The display will prompt you when it's ready to start. A message will appear insert disk 1, press OK
The system will write data to the disk until full, it will continue to ask for disk until the backup is complete.
When finished the system will ask you for the first disk to test that all files have been backed up.
Press OK to end the backup session.

RESTORING THE NORSTAR VOICE MAIL SYSTEM
Press 'feature' 9,8,3
Enter the system coordinator mailbox number and password, (1,2,0,0,0,0) at the log:
Then press ok
At the admin prompt: Enter 3,3
At the restore prompt: Press cont
At the confirm restore prompt: press Ok
The call completing display appears: all voice mail channels are taken off line as they become available. Then the system is disabled.

The system will prompt you for the first disk 1, insert the disk then press Ok.
The system will continue to prompt for more disks until complete.
Restore complete will appear in the display 'restore complete', press Ok
