How to backup emails?

I want to reinstall my Windows and i have alot of important emails that i want to save..
I want to know in what directory they are located?
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Do a search on your Hard Drive for *.pst files. Save them to a disk, and then import them back in when you reload outlook.
