Hi,
I have two servers and arvserve insatalled on the first one. I mapped one drive of the second one to make it visible from the first but Arcserve doesn't see it. How can I do it??

Thanks,
Luigi

There is a registry hack which force Arcserve to show the shared drives ans then you can backup them as a local partision but I can't remeber it , I will try to find and paste it here.

Hi Luigi,

Here comes the Registy setting to show up Mapped drives.

Add the Registry settings

HKLM\Software\computerassociates\ArcserveIT\Base\ASmgr

Under ASMgr Add the following:

Add value - DiskTreeMyComputerShowRemote

Data Type - Reg_DWord

Value = 1

This will have Arcserve Backup Manager show all mapped drives.

Cheers
