How to Avaya 1403 digital phone on CM 5.2.1

Hi All, I have an urgent question on how to add Avaya 1403 small digital phone on CM 5.2.1 as there is no supported model on the CM while I am administering the phone I have tried 2402, 2410, and 2420 types and I can have dial tone but when I call EXT 1112 it route the calls to EXT 2221 but I can receive call correctly but i have an issue in dialing as the phone is not getting the DTMF as entered on the screen.

Note i tested this phone 1403 on my lab IP office release 11 and it is working perfectly fine.

need more detail. since it's a digital phone, did you punch it down in the closet or wherever your cross connects get punched down?

According to the docs, 1403 is not supported on CM, only IPO. 1408 is supported on CM.
