how to automatically Remove users from local admin group

I need a script that will remove the users from the local admin group on their PC. Any ideas?
 
If you are running a Windows 2000/2003 domain you can setup a Group policy and define the appropriate users of the local admin group, anyone other user/group will then be removed from the local admin group.

 
Where is the setting for the group policy? I have already set up a group policy to lock other things down, but I don't see the setting for the usergroups.
