I have set up System Monitor to capture log files on a customer site. I have it set hourly to aide in locating issues when they call. Is there anyway that I can set this up to automatically delete files after a specified time? I'd like to set this up for multiple customers, but I don't want to have to log into each site daily to clean up files so not to file up storage space.

That will work, Thanks. I just wanted to make sure there wasn't an already built in option in IP Office. Maybe a future release will have it. Thanks again

Is your customer actually experiencing any problems, is so what?

if not I would not bother wasting resources is running any monitoring software that will almost certainly not be needed (in excess of 3000 system maintained & sysmon has never been left running on any of them for more than a week or 2)

90% of issues do not need system monitor in the unlikely event that your cust does have an issue that requires System monitor you would probably not have the correct filters set anyway

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
