How to auto-archive Exchange Mailboxes

I know how to archives an Outlook mailbox locally, but is there way way to do this via group policy? Ideally I'd like to do it centrally for all users, so all mail older than 1 year is automatically archived in a network location.

Any help would be appreciated.

This cannot be done natively by Exchange. Look at archiving solutions such as KVS or GFI.
