I am installing Windows Server 2003 Standard edition, on a test server. I am currently using radius server to authenicate my DSL customers. How do I use Server 2003 to do the same. I have read than server 2003 can only be used for 50 users. Do I use windows authenication?

Check out the Internet Authentication Service. Although I haven't used it myself, from what I understand it allows for RADIUS authentication. Since you're already familiar with RADIUS, then it should be pretty straightforward for you. And also, I believe you must use W2K3 Enterprise Edition if you need to authenticate more than 50 users.
