How to attach jpeglib to Borland Builder C++ ?

Hello,

I would like to use jpeglib with Borland Builder C++ 5. I have found post on forum:

but the line mentioned there is not working:

http://www.bcbdev.com/articles/jpeg.htm

I have been looking on internet for that but I didn't find solution.
