How to assign line dialtone ? Message describes

Hi,

I'm sorry, I don't know how to specify in the subject in minimal words.

Basically we have an office which originally had 4 analog lines provisioned for 6 attendants on the MICS. The office has downsized to only one attendant and we removed 2 of the lines since they were no longer necessary.

The problem now is. When the admin picks up to dial out, her set automatically picks up on line 4 which is now dead.

How can I fix this dialing in on the RAD to assign line one as the line which automatically picks up when the switchook is released.

Configuration, extension programming set prime line, none, intercom, line x, pool.

Odds are she is set to pick up Pool A when she goes off hook. If that is the case then remove line 4 and any other line not working from Pool A.
