how to answer two calls at same time on telephone 3902 1

i have a phone meridian 3902 and i need to know how to answer one call and then if i receive another call answer these new call too, can anyone help me

If your talking about Call Waiting on the 3902 you press the HOLD key when you hear the tone. The Call Waiting ICON appears on the display, press the CWAIT to answer the call.To return to the first call press the HOLD key or press the Goodbye key to end the second call.

A 3904 typically has a rollover key. So your extension may be 2000 and your rollover key may be 52000. Put the first one on hold and press the other ringing key.

problem is that no other ringing key appears. It only happens to me. We are three people with the same phone and functions, the other two see the ringing key and hear a ring, not me...

Sounds like you need some programming done to your phone. Seems like the other 2 users have a rollover key and you don't. If you look at the display on your phone it will show what is programmed on the key. Nest to the green key does it show your extension#? How about the key above it? Does it show an extension#?

It maybe you have Single Call Non Ringing 'SCN' rather than
SingleCallRinging 'SCR' on your set, these are programmed as Key Options...Do you have any ability or knowledge to see

Hi,
I see my ext.no next to the green key. Key above is free. Only one more key (out of six) is related to my boss extension.
What am I supposed to do to get a rollover key?

If you have access to the programing you would need to make a few changes to your extension otherwise I would contact your maintainer and ask them to complete remotely. This is a very simple process and can me completed using MCR keys or short hunt.
