How to allow user to Dial International Call?

I'm new in this system. Please bear with me. I've already setup user with extension 123, include COR into the 123 account. I follow the thread690-1294409 in Tek-Tips. But this where I get stuck. How do I map the extension 123 to the Authorization code?

You do not map a autherization code to a extension. A autherization code is mapped to a COR, then it is given to a user or users.It can be used on any extension. to add a autherization code go to "change autherization-code" then assign your new one with a COR, the COR is where you would allow its dialing out capibilities.
