that is the phone model, you need let us know what system you have. you need to know basic programing of the system. barring long distance on one line and allowing national/local on the rest is a bit more complicated so it would be quicker to get someone in

you have to assign class of service to the extensions and the co lines if you want different barring on each line for all extensions
