Hi,
I am looking for an instruction to assign RLI for 411 outbound calls. Or is there other implementation that I should be dong for us to be able to make a 411 outbound calls? Your help is much appreciated.
Thank you for your support in advance.

FYI. We use to be able to dial 411 but we've recently outed a route. My guess is that the 411 is pointed to RLI that was recently taken out and may need to have it point to one of our valid route.
Thank you

I was able to figure it out. LD 90, and check SPN and change the RLI.
Thanks

please don't do it exactly that way. if you change a rli, it may work but how many other number are pointed to that rli? usually 400 plus npa's 800 plus nxx, spn's etc, and less the 20 rli's... let me recogmend, prt the spn 411, ld 90 prt 0 net ac1, 411, might be a nxx. the prt that rlb/rli, note the route, then new rlb x, frl 0 rout (copy of the print) ... by adding a new rlb, with a very low frl and the same route as is now in service, you will not open up toll problems
