I know this question highlights me as extremely new to QuarkXPress. I understand how to align / format individual characters and paragraphs using the Style menu or Measurements palatte. okay, no problem.
What i can't figure out is how to simply format a text box (or line) or a picture box ON the document itself.
For example, I'm working on a very simple design that's 8.5 inches wide. I want to be sure my line text paths are correctly centered at that 4.25" halfway point. ( I keep searching for the "align objects" command that i'd used w/ PageMaker.)
I need to know how to align elements *themselves*, not just the characters inside.
Thanks ever so!!
