How to adjust page tiling

Make sure that both your print setup and document setup (both found in the file menu) have the same paper size selected. Then just double click on the page tool (found underneath the hand tool) to align the tiling to the artboard.

Yes.
Also, double-clicking the Page Tool will snap it automatically and exactly to the lower-left of the artboard, which, if the same size as the print setup, aligns them perfectly with ease.
