how to add read requests on the server

hello ,
i have a AD and Exchange 2003
i need to setup read request on all machines in my office, i don't want to do manually in Outlook/client becasue time, and user can access and disabled,
is ther any solution to do it with a policy in AD?
or i need to setup in Exchange that option?

Do you want to enable them, disable them?

There is a GPO template in the Office Resource Kit that I believe handles this.

i would like to enable the option to every in my Company, in that case everybody receive a confirmation that their message was delivery.

Your title refers to READ receipts, but your last reply mentions DELIVERY receipts. Which is it?

i'm sorry my bad, multitasking,
it's a read recepits,
i found in the office resource kit 2007 wiht a great Excel summary about all the properties in a GPO for Microsoft Outlook.
