How to add percentage discount to House Account in Aloha

I'm running Aloha ver. 6.1.15 and have the following challenge: An organization that our restaurant is close with wants to offer a discount to their employees that they will cover by applying to their house account. Is there a way to program this into the system?

Are you saying;

employee of that nice company has a guest check ttl of $100.
By your agreement (for IE) that company offers them a 20%discount when they eat at the restaurant.
The restaurant table server pays $20 towards that company's house account and pays the balance $80 in whatever means the employee prefers to close out the check.

I am assuming the sales tax is not effected in your state.

TobeThor, that example is correct (and tax is inclusive). This is for Aloha Tableservice.

Any help or direction would be much appreciated.
