Hi,

We are having 3 sites and all are interconnected using Routers. All the sites are having the same numbering plan (12XXX).customer has given the following location codes
Site A : 190
Site B : 290
Site C : 390
If a person calls from site A to Site B the CLID in Site B should display as 19012XXX
If a person calls from site B to Site C the CLID in Site C should display as 29012XXX

the same for site C also..
Any ideas ?..

Thanks in advance
Sankar

Internal calling will show the 4 digits number ( extension ) calling out will show the full 11 digits.

how are you dialing the numbers?

you need to be using UDP dialing plan if you want to see LOC codes.

Find out which CLID table is used by your extensions (usually 0) and then use LD 15 to set teh LSC prompt to be the code you want displayed when that site calls others.

ccarmock is on the money. I has the same problem last year.

for that nail to fit, make your ties betweeen the two external.. clid works on external ties (tdm or ip)..
