How to add information lines to check with .net extension?

With which method can we add information to check with the extension and which table does this information write to?

I would like to write the customer information I get from Loyalty API to check with the extension application.
Which class and method should I use in the .net dll and in which table is this information written?

If you don't have much information to write to the check, you can use GuestCheckId Command
