How to add Icon in TaskBar (Quick Lauch)

Hi,

I need to set and icon application into the taskbar, in order to activate it with a double click over this icon, such as Quick Lauch

Could anyone help me, please?

hai
i didn't know what is operating system you are using.but
in all OS it is same to create.in windows NT or WIN 98
you open explorer

for window NT.
c:\winnt\profiles\all users\application data\microsoft\internet explorer\quick launch.
for windows 98.
c:\windows\application data\microsoft\internet explorer\quick launch.

in these folders you create shortcuts.in task bar you
activate quick launch by selecting toolbars.
i hope this will solve your problem.
