how to add domain users to local Power Users group

hi, i have LAN with windows 2003 domain controller and several windows xp clients. There are some users in the domain whom i want to assing as Local Power users in the windows xp workstations.

Can it be done from group policy or scripts.
 
why do people give anwsers like this? if you aren't going to provide a real anwser to a solution then just don't say anything at all.

You're expected to do your research before posting here. In the upper left corner, under the logo, it says "Intelligent Work Forums For Computer Professionals". We can't read your mind. Why post a question that's already been answered not only on countless other websites, but also on this very website. You're essentially just asking the same question all over again.
