How to Add CMS Supervisor Licenses

Hello All...So I have scoured for documentation on how to add CMS Supervisor licenses...This is on a CM 6.0 w/system platform. Will I have to add these licenses via PLDS or via RFA...Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Avaya CMS CentreVu Supervisor licenses can only be added by Avaya Professional Services.

You can view the number of licenses installed on the CMS by logging in as root and typing cmssvc at the prompt. Select Option 1 (auth_display).
