I have purchased a leviton media panel, and don't want to mount it on the electrical panel, since there is not enough room. The basement is not finished, but there is insulation covering the concrete walls. How do I mount a plywood onto the concrete wall to support the panel? Is there a web site that shows how to get this done? Thanks in advance.

You really shouldn't have anything Data anywhere near Power. Is there a transformer in this room? What are your plans for this patch? Will it need to grow and you put in shelves later? Air-conditioned, Secure? Where is your data and your telephone equipment now, what's your WAN going to be and why are you wanting to put this here? Power areas are not good areas to locate your data-ever.

What kind of insulation, spray on fire-proofing?
Using accepted methods of anchoring to walls is enough but you have got to use fireproof paint on the plywood, and we're talking 3/4 stuff too. Your screws have to hold your panel fast to the plywood and concrete will stop them short. Also you want to keep your cable path (the whole installation) well away from electrical sources of noise and don't use the same path your building electric is in. You do not use Electrical conduits to attach your data runs to.
You want a safe place to work with plenty of light-and power-and room to grow. An equipment grounding bond is required by code here too. If you can get the book "Cabling Habndbook" by Vacca, do so.

Anything else guys?

No transformer. I won't be puting shelves there, and gonna leave the basement unfinished. Air-conditioning is on the other side of the house, and Security system is on another panel. There is no equipment there now, since the house has never been lived in. I want to locate it at least 4 feet from the power panel.

Fiberglass insulation(pink panther I think). If there is no electricity in the panel does it still need to be grounded? There are 4 cables, 2 cat5e, 2 cable coax. The only electricity would be from the telephone but it is grounded at the electricity panel already.

Thanks for your help.

Is this a "Structured Media Panel" for residential?
If so, I would build a small "wall"...take a couple 2x4's and frame up a section between floor and ceiling to install the panel in. This will also give you a wire chase for all the cables going into the panel
You would need 2 2x4 long enough to go floor to ceiling and a couple short ones about 17 1/2" for the top and bottom plates. Build a frame with these and secure it to the floor and the joists above.
This would be much easier than trying to secure it to the concrete wall and at the same time add some protection for your cables.
You could make it wider using longer top and bottom pieces and a couple more floor to ceiling studs if you need more than one stud bay.
