How to add a network printer to Aloha system?

We are trying to convert one of our Epson TM-U220B printers to be used as a network printer. We installed a UB-E03 card and have successfully gotten it on the network with a static address. We cannot figure out how to correctly configure it to work with our Aloha Table Service 6.7. We've installed Windows drivers and can print to it from our BOH terminal, but trying to add it as a Windows printer doesn't seem to work. We tried installing the OPOS drivers from Epson on both the BOH and the master terminal, but then get stuck.

Can anyone walk us through the procedure to add a network printer?

Ethernet Printer How to

Basically set the printer up in Aloha Manager to run off a terminal and install Epson OPOS or Advance Printer Driver (Windows Printer) on that terminal, the PDF shows how to set each up. I prefer Advance Printer driver simply because it does not interfere with other OPOS devices on the terminal if applicable.

Well, got there and read the PDF, but it was what we had tried previously, still not luck.

1) Set up printer with static IP. Able to access via webpage.
2) installed OPOS on Term 1.
3) Used SetupPOS to add POSPrinter named TM-U220BE
4) in Aloha Manager, deleted printer as terminal printer and readded at same number with following settings:

Name: Kitchen
Model: OPOS
Terminal: Term 1
OPOS Name: TM-U220BE
​

Hit save, and still nothing when we send to print.

We must be missing something tiny, but what?!? Driving me bonkers!

Status update:

Dummy me forgot to reset the dip switches (NB the original settings were DSW1: 3,5,6 ON; DSW2: 2,4 ON; new settings DSW1: all off; DSW2 2,4 ON). However, still no love when switches reset. However, selftest shows all are off?

Selftest will show as all off, so that sounds ok, dipswitches sound correct too. Did you set the IP in OPOS to match the IP of the printer and can you access the webpage for the printer from Term1? Maybe try using Advance printer driver config and see if that works instead.

OPOS saw the printer and automatically entered the correct IP, and we were able to see the printer's webpage from Term 1. Will try again with the Advance driver on my next shot.
