how to actived a policom to m3903

Hi guys i got a job to do w/a policom,the customer wants this policom active but they dont used analog ports in the system,of course i told them to get a analog card,but they dont wanted because is only a single phone and also they dont want a pot line just for the policom,so they asked me if was possible to connect to a regular digital phone(m3903),and i know in norstar systems they use a ATA adpter to convert digital to analog,so is anyone knows how to do this,thanks for the help I forgot to tell you this is opt 11c.

You can get ATAs for 3903 sets. Then you could put the Polycom on that.

You didn't forget to tell us it was an 11C. Had you not told us, then you would have forgotten.

A customer of mine fitted a version of the Polycom Soundstation 2 model that was designed to work on a Nortel Meridian 1 / Succession system. I configured it as a 2616 set and it worked fine. The only drawback was that you couldn't do a "IDU" to view the set type.

so,that means if i used an adapter(ATA)for norstar and then plugged it to m3903 it will work, do i have to do something in class service like plex allowed or something like that.

You need an ATA for a 3903, not a Norstar. Then you build the Data TN (16 units above the phone TN)
