Hi,

I was trying to link Access 2003 to a oracle database. I believe ODBC is set up. But the "getting external data" funtion under "File" was greyed so that I have no way to do a link or import. Please advice how to fix the problem.

Thanks a lot in advice!

If I recall this is checked during install. Try getting the CD and do a delete/restore to look at options and reinstall.

Always remember that you're unique. Just like everyone else.

If you can't reinstall the program you could always use a pass through query instead.
