How to access two switches

Hello friends:

I have two switches trunked, but only one of them is connected to my PC's COM port (my PC has only one) via which I hyper terminal. My question is, how do I access the second switch which is not directly connected to my pc but is trunked with the switch that is connected to my PC's COM port.

build a management interface on both switches with IP addresses and make sure that the vlan is on the trunk and telnet between them.
