How the Home screen displays WML applications

ok, help me with this one.

I have never set or changed the 46xxsettings file. I'm trying to create an icon (contact) on my 9641G Phone Home screen.

While reading the manual I had taken the following steps:

1 - Open the 46xxsettings located on my manager folder and set SET AMADMIN Delete the ## and save.
2 - Create a txt called AvayaMenuAdmin and paste the tamplate found on the admin guide.
3 - delete the ## and change the AMTYPE01=01, AMLBL01=01 and AMDATA01=01. save.
4 - set the HTTP and HTTPS server to my local IP and restart the phone.

Did I get everything wrong?
