how simulate wan link?

If I want to set up a lab with 2 pix firewalls, can I simulate a wan link?

That's what I need, to simulate a wan link.

Can I just get 2 pixes & give them static ip's.

Assume this will be a isolated lan, it will not connect to the internet.

HI.

If you need to practice VPN and ACCESS-LIST rules, then yes, you can connect both pix outside interfaces to the same HUB/SWITCH with any ip addressing that you wish.
