How quick is BO tech support

Hi,

I always get a very slow response from BO Tech Support whenever required. Does this happen to almost everyone or in few cases. How is this Tech support rated against any of the other OLAP vendors.

Odd, I have found BO's tech support very prompt, (same day)and their salesmen very slow (2 weeks) I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.

In my case Maximum one day or two. Mostly on the same day. But some exceptional case they may take long time. Depending upon our urgency they are replying

where i work, we provide a Business Objects technical query resolution time of 6 hours depending upon the degree / intensity of the query.
