How on earth have they done this?

They have probably hidden the database design in the original template.

Here's a tip I picked up somewhere. I haven't had the opportunity to try it myself yet.

1. Make a local copy of the database (as a backup if things go wrong).

2. Ensure you have manager or designer rights.

3. Open up the .nsf file in a hexadecimal editor.

4. Change address 000000BC from the hexadecimal code 20 to 00.

5. Save the .nsf file.

6. Look at it in Notes - the design should be revealed.
